They post pictures of the chalk board beer list daily on facebook.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13567321810574948832noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739744319331098388.post-52649534422134023152013-02-23T02:39:45.087-05:002013-02-23T02:39:45.087-05:00Wow! I wish some of these places were a little cheaper, but from what I've heard they're good, so you can't really complain.

And really, no excuse to not have gone to New World Bistro yet!Masticating Monkeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00586980632713973459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739744319331098388.post-62830209423844811442013-01-09T16:07:51.031-05:002013-01-09T16:07:51.031-05:00My husband and I enjoy The Point on Madison Ave, w...My husband and I enjoy The Point on Madison Ave, which has great food and good beer. If you're in the mood for more of a pub style restaurant, Juniors, right next door is good, and they are really amping up their beer selection. We also love Mingle, and New World Bistro on Delaware Ave. New World is tougher to get into on a Saturday night, but we've never had trouble getting a table at Mingle. One last place to try, is the Midtown Tap and Tea Room on New Scotland Ave. This is more of a "small plates" restaurant, but the food is always great, and again, they have the good beer:)Jessicahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15824638262450531159noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739744319331098388.post-18909591191964366842013-01-08T00:56:28.282-05:002013-01-08T00:56:28.282-05:00We definitely have to try that. For some reason, it keeps slipping my mind, though I should say that a few days after I posted this I remembered it (and of course still haven't gone). Any tips on when to go (I hear it's a small space) or what to get?Masticating Monkeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00586980632713973459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739744319331098388.post-40154840286777780352013-01-07T14:44:46.448-05:002013-01-07T14:44:46.448-05:00The Gastropub at 261 New Scotland Avenue, in Alban...The Gastropub at 261 New Scotland Avenue, in Albany, will definitely sate your gastro-zymergic needs. I'd definitely be up for a do-over; I can't write them off that quickly, certainly not with a beer list like the one they have.Masticating Monkeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00586980632713973459noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5739744319331098388.post-33017415138753232342013-01-03T10:14:53.698-05:002013-01-03T10:14:53.698-05:00We should go to Merry Monk (the four of us) for a ...We should go to Merry Monk (the four of us) for a redo. I've had only good experiences there. The burger is my favorite. I know that the mark of a good place is having good food served every time, no matter what you order, but I am still pulling for MM.

I really enjoyed Bacchus! Glad you found it--it is sort of hiding. We got a kind of quiet but big table for 6 right against the front window.Capitol to Capitalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14967365090390421969noreply@blogger.com
